Is it possible to set up a forum on our store, so clients can discuss products, give feedback, make requests and help each other (much along the lines of this one!)

We have been asked before and you would need to use some kind of third party forum component. Any suggestions from people and I would be happy to write a full kb with an integration guide if we could find something that we could recommend.

I'll experiment and come back to you if I find anything useful.

Hi Jeff and Dave, I don't know if this is of any use http://www.phpbb.com/ It is opensource software for forums. I am on a forum and this is who they use. I haven't a clue how you would integrate it or anything but it's free and has no adverts on it. Tracey

That's funny, I've used PHPBB for one of my previous forums.  It was OK to set up but I didn't think it was the friendliest looking thing, so will see if I can find anything better.  Will keep everyone posted (if you will pardon the pun).
