I have signed up and you haven't contacted me, why didn't I receive my activation email?

We tried to send your activation email out but sometimes it doesn't get through this is either because the email address you gave on the sign up page is incorrect or because your email provider's junk / spam filter incorrectly identified the activation email as spam. If this has happened we will be trying to contact you please just send us an email to support@easywebstore.co.uk and include a phone number so we can call you. back to top.

I have already registered a domain name can I use this with your system?

Yes you can. Your system includes a domain name registration or transfer or if you wish to keep the domain name with the company you registered it with we allow you to just point the domain at our servers. back to top.

Is it possible to use extra domain names with the system?

Yes you can. We allow you to redirect unlimited domain names at your system you can even set up redirects to send your customers to different pages depending on the domain name they typed in (including third level domains for example http://sales.yourcompany.com) we don't charge you for this service but you do still need to register your domains (either through us or another company). back to top.

What is included in the price?

We have aimed to include everything you need to setup and run a successful online store on the internet. You get a fully featured easy to use eShop with shopping cart, content management system, an email server with up to 25 email addresses, the facility to integrate with a large number of payment processors (or take manual card details), help promoting your products and of course as much friendly email support as you need. back to top.

Do you make any other charges?

No, not for the services listed above, no commission or other hidden charges. back to top.

How long is my commitment?

We are sure you won't want to leave us, but you are not committed for any length of time. You pay for the service at the beginning of each month of use, once you have paid for a month it is non refundable. Just email us if you should wish to cancel and we will terminate your agreement. back to top.

Do I need to know HTML?

Not at all, the content management (uploading your products and pictures) is all done online using your browser, because you have found and are reading this page you should have all the technical knowledge you need, our support staff are on hand if you need any other help. back to top.

Do I need to install any software on my computer?

No there is nothing to download or install, everything is done through your browser, you can access your system from any computer in the world with an internet connection. back to top.

Do I get email addresses with my domain name?

Yes you get an email server set up for one domain you can have up to 99 pop email boxes with webmail access (you can also access your mail server using you favourite email client). Our support department can help you set this up. back to top.

Can I customise my system and choose my own style?

Yes you can, the system is highly customisable, you can choose a style, change the layout of the pages, upload your company logo and edit text on all the important pages (homepage, about us etc) you can do all this without the need for a web designer or any technical knowledge. back to top.

Does the price include VAT?

No, the price listed is exclusive of VAT. If you are a VAT registered company you can of course claim this back, its easy to request and print all invoices relating to your package from within your admin area. back to top.
